Ground studies.
Everything we do, think, say, and everywhere we go, we leave traces. When examined closely, everything in the world appears to be a trace – the thoughts we have, the buildings we inhabit, the food we eat, the clothing we wear, the thoughts we have, the words we express and receive all influence our actions and deeds. Our living environment consists of traces left by us humans.
My series of images represents the simplest and most superficial exploration of traces. From a young age, we learn that, in most cases, traces are found on the ground.
